- Select the PhoneShield number you want to configure
Choose which of your PhoneShield numbers to set up scam detection for
- Select your Scam Detection level
Choose from Standard, Enhanced, or Maximum security levels
- Configure detection sensitivity (optional)
- Balanced: Fewer false positives but may miss some sophisticated scams
- Aggressive: Maximum protection but may occasionally flag legitimate calls
- Custom: Fine-tune specific detection parameters for your needs
- Save Changes to activate your settings

Enhanced and Maximum security levels are available on Plus and Business plans. If you're on the Basic plan, you'll need to upgrade your subscription to access these advanced security features.
